MRI Protocol for MS Research

TACTIX utilizes a specialized MRI protocol for the reseach project. The following list includes the spatial resolution parameters and the scan times for acquiring high-resolution MR images.

  1.  Pre- and post-contrast T1-weigted MPRAGE MRI (1x1x1 mm3, 5:21 min)
  2.  3D FLAIR (0.5x0.5x0.9 mm3, 5:07 min)
  3.  3D T2-weigted TSE MRI (0.3x0.3x0.3 mm3, 4:47 min)
  4.  Quantitative Susceptibility Mapping (QSM) (1x1x1 mm3, 7:52 min)
  5.  Susceptibility Weighted Imaging (SWI) (0.5x0.5x3 mm3, 2:54 min)
  6.  Blood-Brain Barrier Arterial Spin Labelling (BBB-ASL) (2.5x2.5x5 mm3, 4:44 min)
  7.  Myelin-Water Imaing (MWI) (2.5x2.5x2.5 mm3, 6:73 min)
